How to Receive Your Scholarship 

For students to obtain the annual installment for their scholarships, a verification of enrollment (class schedule or transcript) should be submitted using one of the following three ways: 

  • Mailed to: BDSF, PO Box 98, Beaver Dam, WI 53916

  • Faxed to: 920-885-5008

Once verification of enrollment is received, installment checks will be mailed out in 10-14 business days. All checks are:

  • Made payable to the student

  • Mailed to the address listed on the student’s application

NOTE: Students are entitled to one installment per academic year.
